So if your in the Houston, Texas City Hall area this saturday (08/08/09) come drop by and check out the event with us! The bold, multi-colored plaza across from City Hall is the perfect place to see the top names in skating. It's also a rare opportunity, since the plaza is normally off-limits to skaters.
The Core Automated Video System that is currently being used at the Eisenbergs skatepark is going to be put to good use at the event and will be recording all 50+ participants in the events to capture all the awesome manuals, nose manuals, flips, grinds and more. Videos will be posted up on CoreAction.com with results and a list of participants and there videos.

Started in 2007 as the first-ever pro manual contest, Red Bull Manny Mania swept the nation, flipping in and flipping out across the country and landing in the stacked final in New York City. Past winners of Red Bull Manny Mania include event brainchild Joey Brezinski and legend Ronnie Creager. In 2009, skaters from all corners of the U.S. will get their chance to show off their best manual combos with the Red Bull Manny Mania AM Series, which hits 15 stops all summer long.
