Team Pain has done it again. The masters of ramps, parks, concrete, metal, and wood have once again pushed the limits on building skate structures.
Their latest: “Skate Art”.

It’s a series of concrete skatable structures that are more ledge-like than ramp-like. Resembling modern art this set up was built for skateboarding and has made its debut at Surf Expo in Orlando FL in mid January. Tim Payne and the crew put on a series of best trick contests as well as creating an on site “photo shoot contest” where the skater with the best photo wins the cash!
The art got skated, scuffed, stickered, and shredded on for hours over 3 days and security was only there to keep spectators out! Tim and the crew at Team Pain held down a cool event in a time of change for the skate set up at Surf Expo.
Rippers like Freddie Tan, TJ sparks, Timmy Knuth, Matt Henry, AJ Kohn, Cody Eurich, JJ from ONEskatebords, Kevin Sikes, Dalton Dern, Alex Sergente, Kaason Clark, Billy Rivera and Chad Tepper from Florida Hemp were all killing the ART! imagine those perfect skate spots downtown that you always get kicked out of or worse…That was not the case here.
